Is a line or cord in crystal a flaw?
No. A line or cord is not considered a flaw. This almost invisible difference in the density of the
crystal occurs during the fusing of molten crystal. Although visible when it reflects light, the cord
disappears when a goblet or vase is filled with water.
Does a seed or bubble in crystal constitute a flaw?
Tiny bubbles the size of a pin point sometimes form in the fusing or melting process and do not
affect the quality of the piece. Such slight variations are natural results of handcrafting.

Placing an order on our site is simple and safe. However, you may also order the product over the phone by calling +44 (0)20 3664 8694 Monday –Friday 10:00am -18:00pm SET.

Firstly, add items to your cart by entering the quantity of the item you wish
you buy and clicking on the “Add to Cart” button. This will take you to your shopping basket, from
which you can continue shopping or you can proceed to checkout.

Is it safe to order on your website?
Yes, your information is secure at our website. We take extra steps to keep your financial

When will my order be charged?
Your card will be charged at the time of purchase. However, rarely when we
run out of a certain product we will contact you and you can either be notified of re-stocking or we will refund
you the full amount within 48 hours.
How do I cancel or change my order?

Can I specify a delivery date?

Is it possible to engrave/personalize products at your website?
We do not offer engraving/personalization on our website however, if you wish to do so please
contact us with the product you wish to engrave. Some products are possible to be engraved and
some only monogrammed. Email us your message and we will call you and give you an exact quote. We also offer hand engraving done by the best hand engravers in London.
If you accept the quote, we will call you and take payment over the phone.
Does your website support international orders?
At the moment we ship within the United Kingdom and to most of European countries. We are keen to ship to destinations other than specified on our website. http://www.gurasu.co.uk/delivery To do so we will need receiving your post code/zip code and a product name at email@example.com and we will email you the quote for your order. Finally, we will phone you and take the additional payment by phone or we will ask you to arrange for a wire transfer. Then, we will ship goods to you.
Is VAT charged online?
VAT will be included in all orders shipped within the European Community (EC). Outside the EC the recipient is responsible for all duties, sales, taxes and any other local charges.
How will you ship my order?
All orders in the UK are dispatched via UPS and Interlink Express which require a signature on delivery.
Will I have to pay import duty If I am an overseas customer?
Customs or handling charges that may be levied by authorities in the destination country are beyond our control, and we regret that we are unable to accept any responsibility for these.
